As every year, Cyclife France has conducted its customers satisfaction survey among whom EDF, CEA, Orano and research centres. According to this survey, covering the services provided by Cyclife France in 2023, all the respondents would recommend Cyclife France and are satisfied with the quality of our services.
Like all Cyclife Group entities, Cyclife France makes customer satisfaction a priority. Every year, Cyclife France surveys its customers to find out the level of satisfaction in terms of relations and services offered in 2023.
The survey, carried out in 2024, shows excellent results:

- 96% are satisfied with our commercial relations
- 95% are satisfied with the DTD (Waste Treated Under Dossier) process
- 100% are satisfied with our experience sharing days including a site visit
