The acquisition covers the radioactive waste treatment activities of the Sweden based Studsvik organisation. The scope of the transaction includes Studsvik’s waste treatment assets and facilities in Sweden for metal recycling, incineration and pyrolysis, as well as the Metal Recycling Facility in the United Kingdom. EDF created Cyclife’s brand, aimed at combining the whole service offer for decommissioning and waste management.
