In October 2024, Cyclife Aquila Nuclear was awarded ISO 30415 for Diversity and Inclusion, becoming the first nuclear organisation in the world to achieve this standard.

Achieving ISO 30415 reflects Cyclife Aquila Nuclear's commitment to diversity and inclusion, including working and communicating inclusively, advocating and championing diversity, and empowering employees to act with accountability.

The Standard is internationally recognised which focuses on HR Management and the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The process included reviews of internal organisation systems, policies, processes and practices to ensure an inclusive workplace.

The Diversity and Inclusion Working Group (see the photo above), Joanna Kelloway, Recruitment Manager, and Arnie Saakyan, Employment & Management Officer, spearheaded the application process over the course of nine months. They also worked closely with Cyclife Aquila Nuclear's Operational Management Team and Executive Leadership Team.
